RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Terms and Conditions for Shuttle Service to the NFL Draft Agreement Overview: By purchasing or using the shuttle service to the NFL Draft provided by the Door County Personal Drivers LLC (hereinafter referred to as “DCPD”), you (the "Passenger") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all passengers utilizing the shuttle services organized by DCPD.

Liability Waiver and Release: By using the shuttle service, the Passenger agrees to the following: • DCPD, its employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the shuttle service, including but not limited to accidents, delays, cancellations, loss, injury, or damages incurred during the shuttle ride or at the NFL Draft venue. • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless all mentioned parties from any claims resulting from your actions. You consent to medical treatment if necessary and acknowledge responsibility for associated costs. DCPD is not liable for any delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to road closures, inclement weather, accidents, or other unforeseen events. • The Passenger releases the DCPD from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to personal injury, property damage, theft, or any other loss incurred during the shuttle trip or at the NFL Draft. You allow Door County Personal Drivers LLC to use event photographs or videos of you for promotional purposes

Passenger Responsibilities: The Passenger is responsible for arriving at the designated departure location on time. DCPD is not responsible for any delays or missed shuttles caused by the Passenger’s late arrival. • The Passenger must comply with all local laws and regulations during the shuttle trip. • Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and exhibit courtesy to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. DCPD reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is disruptive or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: The Passenger must pay in full for the shuttle service at the time of booking. Payment is non-refundable unless DCPD cancels the shuttle service. • In the event of a cancellation by DCPD, the Passenger will receive a full refund. DCPD reserves the right to cancel the shuttle service due to unforeseen circumstances. • The Passenger understands that DCPD does not provide any refunds for missed shuttles, no-shows, or cancellations initiated by the Passenger.

By clicking approval, you confirm that you understand, as well as any others for which you are acting as a registered agent, and accept these terms.
